The True T-12F one-section, reach-in freezer offers a powerful 1/3-horsepower compressor and an oversized capillary tube system to keep cabinet temperatures cooled to -10 degrees Fahrenheit. This temperature is ideal for holding both ice cream and frozen foods. Large fan blades move high volumes of air slowly through the cabinet to keep all products consistently cooled. The condensing unit is located at the bottom of the freezer, which is the coolest part of the kitchen where it will be less likely to become clogged with grease. The T-12F includes three PVC-coated shelves that are adjustable in 1/2-inch increments. The efficient defrost system automatically initiates on a timer and shuts off when the system reaches the appropriate temperature, saving you and your kitchen time and energy. The evaporator is coated in epoxy to resist rust. It comes with 3 gray, PVC-coated wire shelves that each measure 20-13/16 inches long by 17 inches deep. It is made with durable stainless steel in the front with matching aluminum ends, top, and back. The interior is built with clear-coated aluminum liner and stainless steel floor with covered corners, which allow for easy cleaning. Its refrigerator cabinet is insulated with foamed-in-place Ecomate polyurethane insulation.
