Made of sanitary, high density, NSF approved polyethylene, the extra-deep 19-1/2 inch removable cutting board provides a tough preparation surface. The stainless steel, patented, foam insulated lids keep pan temperatures colder, lock in freshness, and minimize condensation. The entire cabinet structure and solid doors are foamed-in-place using Ecomate. Ecomate is a high density polyurethane insulation that has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP). The 20.6 cubic feet cabinet has an attractive interior with a clear coated aluminum liner, stainless steel floor, and covered corners. The (2) door refrigerator is designed with positive seal doors that swing open within the cabinet dimensions. The TPP-67 Pizza Prep Unit has (4) PVC coated shelves that are adjustable at ½ inch increments for your storage needs. The oversized, environmentally friendly (134A), patented forced-air refrigeration system holds 33°F to 41°F (.5°C to 5°C) in food pans and cabinet interior.
