The exterior of our ref. chef base models are beautifully designed in a smooth stainless-steel finish for a professional look that you would find hard to limit in any commercial application. More importantly, our products have many features that are desired in today’s commercial foodservice market. Features that include a sub-layer ceramic mat that heavily reduces the heat transfer from the cooking appliance to the cold cabinet/the foam/and the mechanical compartment…this simple feature provides year-after-year of reliable performance, Fulterer™ heavy-duty/telescoping/cartridge style drawer slides/heavy-duty mounting points/full perimeter marine edge on top/drawer slides that will house 4” deep pans in the top drawers and 6” deep pans in the bottom drawers, high output yet electrically efficient fan motors, electronic micro-processing digital temperature control with external digital display, side mounted compressor along with a front accessible side mounted condensing unit for easy maintenance/cleaning/servicing.

Unit also comes standard with stainless steel/hooked adaptor bars, casters (2) locking. Magnetic drawer gaskets are removable without tools.
